95% Mortgages
This is the most common mortgage as lenders are happy to offer their best
terms to borrowers who have made a commitment by investing some of their
own money into the property.
If at all possible therefore,try to save a 5% deposit
If this isn't practical, at least consider a 95% loan with 5% cashback.
This will involve a small deposit, but will usually give you access to
a better rate and terms than a traditional 100% mortgage.
